Oh my..... How long have I been absent from the blogosphere?? More than a week??? Geez...I bet you loyal fans out there missed me a great deal huh. *grinz* Iam being disillusional again. HAHAA!! Anyway, here's a quick update on my life so that you ppl out there will stop wondering if I have decided to move over to some ulu arab country and set up my own dynasty in the Middle East. Blahhh..A friend asked me recently how he should nurse a broken heart when he loses someone whom he loves very much.Where matters of the heart are concerned, unfortunately, one cannot subscribe to a response template or formula. It differs from time to time, and varies from circumstances to circumstances. When I was younger, breakups are common. I dun actually felt sad or anything and I thought it was just a process of growing up and finding myself. Losing someone was awful no doubt, but I'd never allowed it to take over other aspects of my life - such as friends, family, school, hobbies etc. If a girl leaves me for whatever reasons, she could always be replaced by someone who may be more loving, less argumentative, less bossy, more understanding, less unreasonable, more sensitive.....and the list goes on. Then I grew up and something changed inside me. Relationships began to matter much more. I took it more seriously because I wanted to stop moving from one fleeting love to the next. It became more tiresome to start from scratch every time - getting to know someone and allowing her to understand you back. It became harder and harder to let go as you grow older. The need for stability and finding a person you can entrust your feelings to forever became more pronounced. Time to know what kind of girl I really want in my life this time. And....Iam proud to say that I can actually scream out loud with uber conviction that I have really found THE one. My SPECIAL ONE. *smiles* Iam so gonna entrust my wholeself to her and hopefully she would carry it with her till the end of time. *smiles* She becomes way to important in my life and without doubt, I dun think i can ever do without her.To my friend.....It's not who you date after that failed relationship. It's not how much you cried your heart out and how many people you talk to about it. It's not about sticking needles in a voodoo doll *oh..ya.. i have a voodoo doll, my baby got it for me* with her name on it, or hating her with all the blood in your veins. It may sound corny, but time does really heal. Unknowingly, the pain lessens. The hurt diminishes. The feeling of betrayal fades. It comes to a point when you wake up one day, and realise you have absolutely zero feelings towards that person who has hurt you so bad when she walked out of your life. So, u gotta plucker up and be strong. Lotsa better girls out there, or should i say who could be even worse than that disgusting bitch...right?? If u arent my friend, well...the options i would give u will be..1) Prepare one huge ass bottle of nitric acid. Make sure every millimeter counts. Dont waste a single drop when splashing it on her face.2) Go get as many gas cylinders your hands can lay on. Blast that bitch to pieces! Preferably together with her toyboy.3) Show those sex deprived blangladeshi workers the wonders of chlorofoam and remember to give them a photo of that bitch. *grins*Haiz... love is so emotional breaking at times...On a lighter note though...I MISS MY GIBBON UBERRRR MUCH!! Arghhh...Caught "Scary Movie 4" and "Just my luck" with my baby...Hmmmm... if u wanna be fucking dumb and lame for slightly over an hour, Scary Movie 4 is just the right movie for u! On the contrary, "Just my luck" is a pretty cool show. Starring up and coming pop punk band - McFly. But seriously, they do look much better in the show rather than in their MTVs.I just wanna say Happy 7th month anniversary to my little baby. *hugs n muacks* Remember baby?? 1000 months? We mentioned that. =)

For most it is a natural process to follow a regular sleep cycle, feeling sleepy at night and sleeping through for six to eight hours. However, certain factors can disrupt the pattern of sleep and cause difficulty feeling sleepy, falling asleep. Getting a good rest is also important for the body to work its best, such as the immune system to fight off infections. One of the major causes of an inability to fall asleep is an imbalance in the brain's chemistry, especially for the naturally occurring melatonin, which makes you feel sleepy at night. It is possible for anyone to suffering from a short-term, passing episode of a sleepless night, but for those who regularly are unable to rest and suffer from chronic insomnia may need more help to overcome the condition. It can be complicated to isolate and treat the causes for insomnia because it deals predominantly with the physiology and chemistry of the brain, so such thing a mental stress, hormonal imbalance, and sleep apnea may have a hand in disrupting sleep.
Melatonin induces sleep and is produced in the pineal gland and in the retinas of your eyes when in darkness. Sunlight switches off production of melatonin in your retinas and makes you feel more awake.
People suffering from insomnia should avoid working in bed, such as studying, making phone calls, and other distractions, like watching television, using the computer or listening to the radio. All these activities can increase alertness and make it difficult to fall asleep. Also, these habits may lead a person to associate wakefulness with bedtime and may counteract the body's preparation for sleep.
Higher levels of melatonin in the blood increases sleepiness. Melatonin release is controlled by the amount of sunlight in two ways.
i) Through the eyes. Signals from the retinas travel directly to the brain, specifically to the pineal gland that controls your body clock. This releases melatonin into the bloodstream.
ii) Through the skin by stimulating chemical production directly into the bloodstream.
---Smoking---
Nicotine and the other chemicals in tobacco disrupt your sleep in two ways
1. They act as an irritant in your lungs, bronchial tubes and throat. 2. Nicotine directly stimulates the nervous system stopping you falling asleep. One cigarette is equivalent to one cup of strong coffee. If you need to smoke then certainly stop 3-4 hours before bedtime.
Deficiencies in Vitamin B will affect your sleep, so you may need to consider taking a supplement. Find a good manufacturer as some products can be very ineffectual.
